Thank you for shopping with The Calm Within. Because our products are fulfilled by trusted third-party suppliers and wellness brands, shipping times and carriers may vary by product and supplier.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the supplier, and carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping Costs
- Orders under $70: $8.00 flat rate standard shipping
- Orders $70 and over: Free standard shipping
- Express shipping: $15.00

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
